I am a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA). I hold a certification in Human-Centered Service Design from the prestigious IDEO-U and also a certification in Design Thinking and Innovation from Darden School of Business, University of Virginia.
I am also a Six Sigma Green Belt and ISO 9000 certified auditor. In my last role as Country Director – Services at Fujitsu, I was spearheading the Services business in India and the portfolio included Managed services, Professional and Integration services, and technical/maintenance services. I was responsible for meeting revenue quota, maintaining margin levels, and operating profit targets for all infrastructure services.
